MEET MALACHI

As an aviation student and aspiring artist, Malachi finds his inspiration from life all around him. He is deeply influenced by the beauty of the dense life of the tropical everglades near his home in Southern Florida. He creates murals and canvas paintings that draw on his love of the wetlands and the sanctuary it is for so many living things.

Malachi finds that much of his love of fine art comes from his grandparents, who have had successful careers as artists in the Pacific Northwest; he is also heavily influenced by street art and graffiti. He appreciates both styles, and loves to challenge himself in combining these two creative directions.

Finally, Malachi wants each piece he creates to transport the viewer to the time in which it was created; to invoke a sense of memory, satisfaction, and life.
